Terms of Service
Welcome to Blue Collar Concierge! We’re excited to have you as a customer. Below are the terms and conditions that govern your use of our services. Please read them carefully.
No Long-Term Contract
Our agreement is on an "at-will" basis, meaning there is no long-term commitment. You can cancel your plan at any time by notifying us, and we will cancel your service at the start of the following month. We’re confident that once you start using Blue Collar Concierge, you won’t know how you lived without us!
Scheduling and Visits

For weekly visits, we schedule 2 customers per hour, visiting your location four times per month at the same prearranged time each week.

If you select two visits per month, we schedule one customer per hour and visit twice per month.
Missed Appointments and Rescheduling
If you are unavailable for a scheduled visit, simply give us a call in advance, and we’ll be happy to reschedule. However, if you are not home at the scheduled time of the appointment, unfortunately, the visit will be forfeited.
Hardware Store Runs
We’re happy to pick up any necessary items from the hardware store for you. For this service, we charge 10% of the purchase price (with a minimum fee of $5).
